Our Sunday Morning Schedule
Sunday Morning children and youth come to worship in the Sanctuary to join in our Gathering Times as the Euclid Church Community. Following the Youth and Children's Moment, we invite Church School-aged
children and youth to accompany their teachers to classes.
Safe Sanctuaries
We are committed as a congregation to Safe Sanctuaries, and we want each child/youth
to enjoy a positive experience in safe and secure settings.
Euclid Church School Classes:

Live B.I.G. is an exciting approach to Sunday school! Children see, hear, and
live their Belief In God. Short videos for children: introduce
characters who are role models; provide travel segments to churches; and offer
introduction to missions around the country. Learn more at

West Suburban PADS
Euclid participates in a shelter for homeless persons that rotates among seven
community churches from October 1 through April 30.
We provide shelter on Sunday evenings, and volunteers make it possible to feed and shelter
40 people each night.
Visit their website at
www.westsuburbanpads.org.
Food and Mission Offerings Each month we have the opportunity to make a direct gift to God's work both
locally, for the Oak Park Food Pantry and other local services, as well as nationally and
internationally through various UMC ministries.
Reconciling Congregation In 1988, Euclid became a reconciling congregation, which means that we welcome
gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons as active, participating members of
our congregation. This conscious decision was based on the realization of God's
affirming and unconditional love for all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender
identity. Euclid is active in the Reconciling Ministries Network.
You can learn more about Reconciling Ministries
Network at their website at www.rmnetwork.org.
Racial Inclusiveness
We express our commitment to the diversity of God's people by incorporating
traditions from all cultures into our educational programs and regular worship services.
